Cold Truth Culture: A Community That Empowers NFT artists
The Journey thus far…
The CTC crew originated as a hip-hop group in Australia and has established themselves firmly within the NFT space, the xDAI chain, and the fully decentralised NFT platform Unifty. Our main purpose and goal is to give all artists from around the world the opportunity to share their craft and get paid for it. This platform eliminates the need of start-up capital, helps to bank the unbanked, and allows for collectors to get exclusive access to artwork otherwise unseen. Cold Truth Culture NFTs currently operates as a DAO on the Colony platform for full transparency utilizing our own $COLD token to preserve artists wealth as a deflationary asset. We invite artists from any level of blockchain experience to submit artwork for our governance to review via our Discord, Telegram and Email. Our governance (comprised of contributors and artists) will assess all art based on time, effort and quality for rewards in $COLD tokens. This art can then be released into one of our many NFT farms. Unifty has served as the Ideal platform to showcase the artwork created by our artists and submitted by others because all NFT contracts are completely owned by the end user — a truly decentralised experience. Gas fees have been a troubling metric for creators and collectors alike using Ethereum, so we have deployed our NFTs and Unifty NFT farms on the xDAI chain. Here, gas fees cost less than $0.005 per transaction. Honeyswap is the CTC approved decentralised exchange of choice for our users, and is maintained by the 1Hive community. 1Hive has supported us with artists and developers working together to achieve our common goals. Website v2 launch
The launch of our new website comes with many new features. A new and improved reward system will encourage the collection of NFTs and help distribute $COLD token based on a bonding curve. You will no longer need to claim the rewards as they are to be manually distributed to each wallet address every weekend and will commence on Friday 4th June 2021.

The Cold Truth Culture Rewards Program will be revised by our governance council after 12 weeks and adjusted for best results and sustainability.

Agave NFT Partnership
To celebrate the upcoming release of Agave NFTs we will be hosting a utility NFT to be used within the Agave partnered ecosystem. Users will need both HNY and COLD tokens paired as liquidity in order to farm the NFT. Additionally we will airdrop $COLD tokens to the agave community to get started. Commission Work For Artists
The exposure CTC has given to many of our artists has already paid off. Many have been asked by various other projects to create custom pieces for freelance work. If you like what you see from any given artist and/or would like something unique created by our team, please contact us! We can find the right artist for any job at a fair price.
Interactive Events
Soon we will publish a schedule of events for new and veteran users to get involved, achieve a higher rank, and get more rewards for completing specific tasks. Contributing artwork, collecting NFTs, and social media interaction will be our primary focus. Rewards will not only earn you $COLD tokens, but also reputation in our Colony. This gives you a larger voice in our governance model to help decide the future of $COLD!
